Pastor’s Appreciation 2023
If you’ve been around DOJM long enough, you may have heard Pastor Chan say, “It’s a poor frog that doesn’t praise its own pond.” Well, this past weekend DOJM gathered to celebrate Pastor Denny’s birthday and another pastoral anniversary for him and Pastor Chan. We recognized our pastors for being leaders after God’s own heart. We honored them for their words that have encouraged and motivated us to have deeper faith. We thanked them for being leaders of integrity who are dependable and full of extraordinary care. We celebrated them for the new level God is taking them and prayed for them as they prepare for their next season. We are grateful for their labor of love and want them to know that we appreciate them.
In addition to recognizing our pastors on their special day, we also received a mighty word from Dr. T.C. Boone. Dr. Boone prophesied to us that this year is going to be a record-breaking year. He said that we will receive an abundance this year and that God’s holding us together so we won’t abort our future and destiny. He encouraged us that even if we had been through hell transitioning from 2022 to 2023, we could confidently proclaim that everything the devil tried didn’t work! He told us that God is sending people to help us. Furthermore, he said that God has more for us, and that’s why we’re still here. We are predestined for the position (elevation). Get ready! Get ready! Get ready!
